Wasted my time!! Was told I'd be next, which was 3rd actually. I was fine with that but then sat and watched as people walked in after me and got to go ahead of me. Seemed like if you were known you got to go... My money spends the same and usually better!

Had a customer service issue tried to resolve it- in the midst of trying phone died & was told I had a rude attitude?? Mk.

The customer first messaged us with her concerns at 9:42 pm, to which she got an immediate reply. She had continuous conversation with management up until 10:35pm. After explaining to the customer how the barber works, and offering a full refund and a free service, we got no reply. Great place to get a cut or trim. Awesome atmosphere and crew. Had a good time there for my first barbershop trip in many years. Will definitely be going back and would recommend to anyone
