Goh came and gave a decent price for our 5-outlet split multi system. We talked it over and agreed where everything would go and he was also in charge of the installation, which I like. Where I wanted some of the installation done in particular way (pipes not visible in rooms) they were fine with that. Installation was professional and I cannot see any corners cut. Contacted in regards to having air conditioning installed in our apartment. Arranged an inspection. The lady did not show up, I had to call her and remind her of our appointment. She then said she would draft some plans of the install and send it to us by the next day. We never heard anything. We followed up by email and phone. I received no response by email. Would not recommend. We had our air con installed by them, 13 months later had an issue with their installation where we had it leaking water. They were going to charge me a service fee, after 13 MONTHS !! Being told on the phone that only the 1st twelve months is install warranty. Buyer beware. We just had a guy out who fixed their installation issue, saw the price we paid originally paid and said ripped off !! If I could give a zero to them I would. DO NOT USE
