I am a recent, first time customer who has had a bad experience with Skiba Optical. First, I had to ask to have my glasses adjusted at the time I picked them up. Within a few days one lens fell out and both earpieces had turned green. The lens was put back in and I was told to paint the earpieces with clear nail polish. This weekend I got a small scratch on one lens and was told that scratch coating (that I had asked for) had not been ordered so it will cost $350 to replace the lens.
