Parking was nonexistent. Lacking signage. Needed an adjustment to frames, they suggested new. It wasn't needed. Felt very unimportant unless I was willing to drop $$$ on new.
Had an emergency eye issue while visiting Lake Tahoe. Ski Run Optometry worked me in to the schedule (thank you!). The office staff was polite and very efficient. Dr. London was fantastic. Explained what was happening with my eye in a very understandable way. I found her to be both technically skilled and very personable. If I lived here I'd make her my optometrist in a heartbeat. The girl who answered the phone was super rude!! Can’t even give me a fax number without attitude.
We were in Tahoe for a few days, and I forgot my eye glass case. I thought my glasses would be fine wrapped in the bottom of my purse. Upon putting them on later in the day I found they were totally bent. After a frantic search I found Ski Run Optometry, right around the corner from our hotel. The staff were so nice and readjusted my glasses for free. Thank you for saving my vacation!
