Dr. London and her staff are amazing. We had an emergency situation where there was a foreign object in my husband’s eye and they said we could come in right away and we only waited a short time before she saw us and examined his eye. She was able to remove the thing that was causing him debilitating pain and prescribed medication that we picked up at our local pharmacy right away to reduce the inflammation that the object caused. Parking was nonexistent. Lacking signage. Needed an adjustment to frames, they suggested new. It wasn't needed. Felt very unimportant unless I was willing to drop $$$ on new.

Had an emergency eye issue while visiting Lake Tahoe. Ski Run Optometry worked me in to the schedule (thank you!). The office staff was polite and very efficient. Dr. London was fantastic. Explained what was happening with my eye in a very understandable way. I found her to be both technically skilled and very personable. If I lived here I'd make her my optometrist in a heartbeat. Thank you Ski Run Optometry!
