These homes are overpriced and are built with bottom end appointments. The workmanship is sloppy as well. You have a one year warranty on the home.After that the builder is very difficult to deal with in terms of requesting help with further problems. Here are some of the issues we have with our new Skeers home: the floors are already wearing out due to the thin material they installed. Windows leak air and they are not noise reducing at all.
