My first experience with them was this week, and I must say that I was impressed! They not only responded quickly to my problem, they sent a very courteous and through tech (Richard) to perform the service. He explained everything to me before he began the repair to my water line. I give this company 5 stars, and am so happy to have found them!
I had an emergent situation where a tree fell and one of the branches punctured my sewage line. Raw sewage was boiling up out of the ground when the branch was removed. We called Skeen, Bill and Taylor came the same day assessed the situation and scheduled for repair the next morning. They were wonderful to work with, very professional, definitely will use again! I give them five out of five! And will them to anyone I know!
It’s a pleasure to call a service company and they do what they say they will do. Many service companies could learn from Skeen’s professionalism. From the first call, to the repair, no hassle, no drama, thank you! I hope I don’t need a plumber again, but when I do, these guys are it!
