Needed a wide-fit sneaker for my uncle, the boy working today was very helpful in finding the right size and support for him. Thank you for being so patient with us while juggling other customers.
Great customer service. The two staff working, Vix and Ruiz, were polite, provided quick service and were knowledgeable about the shoes they stocked. Very impressed with the store.
Worst customer service ever. I would ask customers to think twice before visiting this shop. The boy who was in the cashier has not giving any support to find the foot wear for the customers. There’s no even a size guide available in the store. At least these staff members do not have any idea on the sizes. Highly disappointed with the customer service. Zero star
