Customer service from Matt was exceptional. He really goes above and beyond to help, and is very kind, professional and friendly. Made my day! His kindness and attention to detail is much appreciated 👍 x
Young gentleman Matt is absolutely fantastic and provides the best service I've ever come across so far ! Thanks 10/10
We visited the store on Sat after seeing a pair of shoes at a discounted price on the website. Your salesman made a mockery of us asking do you expect us to sell at such a low price in store. The advert on your website did not mention "excl online " or so. Even if it did that is not how a customer who has travelled all the way to the store to be treated.
I had an amazing shopping experience. Corbin was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and guided me in the right direction without being pushy. His knowledge and customer service made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend shopping here.
Best sketchers store I have been to
