Amazing service today, the manager was very insightful and recommended very comfortable shoes. Very polite and lovely; definitely would come back!
Absolute best customer service i’ve ever had. Both girls working were more than happy to help and offer suggestions. Lovely atmosphere and range in products. Will definitely be back when I need some boots in winter!!
Tried to exchange a faulty pair of skechers that were purchased mid year but not worn until late December 2025. L....was very unprofessional and dismissive without listening to the background. Will not be returning to this shop ever.
All the staff here at Sketchers were so lovely and helpful. They all take the time to greet upon entry and are so thorough in their customer service. They took all my queries and concerns seriously and helped me find exactly what I was after. All their friendly smiles really helped create such a warm and inviting experience. Would definitely return here!
Today, I had a very disappointing experience at this store. There were two staff members present, and they showed little interest in assisting customers. The attitude of one of them made us feel as though we were a burden. Eventually, we decided to go to Skechers at Lansell Square, where the staff were very respectful and helpful.
