I went into this store yesterday and was disgusted with the service i didn't receive. I had money to burn on some new sketches. Their loss. The worst service eva in a sketches store.
When I arrived the store had 2 customers. They left a new customer walked in and was served. They left. It was close to half an hour before anyone assisted me and another 20 minutes to bring 2 pairs of shoes and never came back to check so I left and bought 4 pairs of shoes elsewhere.
Excellent friendly customer service and advice from Jacob. Made the shopping so much easier. Keep up the good work.
Walked in but the staff were busy chatting to each other and there was only another family of customers so they weren't rum off their feer. But there was no greeting or acknowledgement or offer to help or assist so I took my $200 and spent it at Rebel.
Whilst the sales staff are excellent, this is the 2nd time I've visited the store and there is no airconditioning. I wanted to try on a couple of styles but it was unbearable to stay in the store where it was cooler outside. I have no idea why management is nor fixing this. Again this wasn't just one day air-conditioner problem. Please fix if you want customers to stay and purchase.
