I love Skechers shoes, so very comfortable & look great on. Staff here were very helpful and friendly and it was an enjoyable experience. My latest visit to Sketchers was an excellent experience. I was served by Jennifer who was just so lovely, one of the best employees I have had the pleasure to meet. She should be recognised as a great asset to Sketchers. Nothing was too much trouble & she made you feel like she was there just for me.
Great experience shopping here. Sharelle had 10/10 customer service and was very pleasant to deal with. Got exactly what I came in for and was in and out happy within 5 minutes.

I visited the store around 10AM, and I had a wonderful experience at this store. The staff are so thoughtful and proactive, always checking if customers need help. I'm new here and struggling a bit with the language, but the service was exceptionally patient and welcoming.
We went to Garden City in the morning on Sunday 7th June. The store was so busy. Shoppers everywhere waiting to be served. There was only one employee (Jen) managing to hold down the fort. Jen was so professional, efficient and seemed to be handling the hords of customers without being overwhelmed. Apparently another staff member was due to come in at 2pm.
