I visited the store around 10AM, and I had a wonderful experience at this store. The staff are so thoughtful and proactive, always checking if customers need help. I'm new here and struggling a bit with the language, but the service was exceptionally patient and welcoming.
We went to Garden City in the morning on Sunday 7th June. The store was so busy. Shoppers everywhere waiting to be served. There was only one employee (Jen) managing to hold down the fort. Jen was so professional, efficient and seemed to be handling the hords of customers without being overwhelmed. Apparently another staff member was due to come in at 2pm. I’m waiting in a very long queue of people, all patiently waiting while one very over worked staff member is trying hard to serve 7 people at once. Step up your game Skechers. Changed my mind. She has just snubbed me for someone that just walked in. I’ve been here for 40 minutes.
