I dropped into the shop in Greenhills today as I have bought here before and could not fault the service previously however, today was a completely disappointing experience. I asked a non Australian sales assistant for a size in a shoe and when she returned she said they didn't have it but had another shoe $20 more. I advised I was after the cheaper one for a different sole. She advised she could see if another store had one but I advised due to fuel costs I didn't want to go else where. Best shoes in the hunter region, service there never fails to disappoint.
I recently visited the Skechers store at Greenhills Shopping Center and had an issue with a pair of shoes I purchased a while ago. I want to give a special thanks to Manager Penny for her polite and professional approach. She was very patient, listened carefully to my problem, and made several calls to resolve it until everything was sorted out. Her customer service is excellent, making the shopping experience smooth and pleasant. I highly recommend asking for her assistance if you visit the store.
Do your best to go elsewhere sold faulty shoes and as I had no receipt could not return
Went in and was looking at shoes. Got completely ignored by the sales assistant. My friend come in and get asked straight away if they need help. She gets helped I get ignored. Another two friends come in and they get asked. I still get ignored. Not spending my money here
