I purchased my 2010 Chevrolet impala from skco in 2013. And love my car but two weeks ago my car was involved in an accident and I instinally put trust enough in skco that I had it towed there for repairs my insurance adjuster went out made the estimate and cut them a check well a week ago my boyfriend went to check on the status on the repairs and the guy told him that they don't start repairs until they receive the 1000.00 deductible 0_o really.
