Super good company to rent an apartment from. My wife and I had an accepted offer on a house to which we notified SKB we were planning to move out. Then we had the inspection and turned out the owners had unpermitted electrical work done on the home which is a no no for obvious reasons. These crooks took me to court after I wouldn’t pay thousands of dollars to replace 700 square feet of carpet. There was a light, quarter sized stain that they claimed they couldn’t patch because the manufacturer no longer makes it even though it was 5 years old. I went to court and only had to pay a small fraction. Don’t let these dirtbags bully you!

I have had nothing but great interactions with Gina at both Sunrise Park and The Edge. All interactions have gone smoothly and the communication from her about everything it’s great. Maintenance is done promptly and professionally. These are both great places to call home.

I am happy that I became famous with such an office. These people work very hard. All the workers of this office have good morals and treat their customers very well.
