4 of us had dinner at Skates last night (Sunday). It was not a good experience. The cocktails were watered down or just extremely weak. The girls had Champagne which was overpriced. Service was slow, took almost an hour to get our food. When it came is was very overcooked (prime rib ordered rare - arrived medium to well done) sent 2 orders back. We just celebrated an anniversary dinner there. Amazing view even though a bit cloudy. The staff was wonderful...Antonio behind the bar & Jacob our server were both very attentive to us! Food was absolutely wonderful. My husband had the filet & crab & I had the saffron pasta with salmon, mussels & clams. Very very yummy!!

I have to it was so nice coming to a restaurant where everything on the Menu was great.
It is my third time to be in this place...and I love it....we had such a lovely dinner with my husband and friends there after watching the Raiders game.
