this is one of the greatest places I had the chance to work.. there all great people and treat you like family..they treated me better than my own family does or done... they do the same to there customers your family.. they go out of there way to help..and make you feel safe..

Called about having some tires installed on my truck , lady on the phone said it was an hour wait but they’d be able to get to it that day. Which was very important due to the fact I was leaving for a road trip the next day. So I drive half an hour to the shop only to be turned down very loudly and rudely by another woman. Luckily on my way through butler I stopped at Midas and the tech was willing to stay past close just to get them on for me. But anyways This is not the service that I’ve known to get from skander. excellent on site service cheaper and faster than any competitive bids we got.
How does a company stay in business when they treat a customer like a person that wants to just donate money. People expect service for the quoted amount of money discussed over the phone. People do not want taken advantage of. I will NEVER recommend this business. You should have just refused to even give service. What mechanic doesnt torque lugnuts and doesnt secure wheel weights. Brakes off a sensor and refuses to admit that they did it. Yea, they're CHEAP. They're not inexpensive.

Called in Saturday to speak to randy on Saturday was told I would get a call back by the office people it’s now Tuesday and no call back. Always liked slander but feel like customer service in office is going downhill.. disappointing
