Skalkaho Steakhouse is an excellent family style restaurant nestled in the foothills of the Sapphire Mountains about 10 miles southwest of Hamilton, Montana. I have enjoyed the food, friends and great atmosphere provided by John and Sandy Rose since it opened about 10 years ago. This is a "must stop" destination while you are in the Bitterroot Valley of Western Montana. Jim Kern Arlington, Texas.
