They are very professional, very polite and courteous. Answered all questions that were asked. From whenever I called them and setup an appointment they were very caring and knowledgeable. The one that came out the first time was sincere and whenever the new ac unit and furnace was put in with the other two were very polite and informative also. I would highly recommend them to other people because no one today puts in an ac/furnace and said they were going to do it without knowing me because it was so hot.
Great Company and great people! We use Skaggs for all our HVAC needs and they are always there as soon as they can and actually fix the problems with the HVAC. Will always recommend!

Sean was prompt and courteous. He addressed the drain clog that triggered the alert. He showed me the drain element that I needed to see that I could use if alert appears again. Waiting for billing?
