I have been using Skaggs for years on a personal level at my residence as well as multiple rental properties where I serve as property manager. They have always taken care of business in a timely, professional manner and I love that they have someone on call over the weekend. Repairs or new install, I highly recommend.

Technician was wonderful! Friendly and informative and thorough as he repaired one air conditioner and serviced our second unit!!! Thank you Skaggs for getting us in quickly when our air conditioner went out!!
Sean was on time, and did a great job at a good price. He went out of his way to help me set up my Wi-Fi thermostat to respond properly to my phone. Part of the call, in addition to normal spring maintenance, was to replace an Ecobee thermostat and my phone did not seem to be compatible with the replacement unit. I trust Skaggs for all my heating and cooling needs.
