The food was fantastic. We were, unfortunately, given a server (Monica) who just really doesn't understand the concept of treating the customers well in a high end restaurant.
Chef Ian’s world class fare combined with Skadi’s warm mountain mystique, is by far the Sierra’s best bet for an exquisit fine dining experience!! See you next season Ian! Thanks again�
The food, service and wine were excellent. I had the venison and their salad with bleu cheese. The chef made me a little special bite with elk heart that was amazing. I'm going back in a few days :)

So glad we finally made it to this amazing place. I can't get over how delicious the scallops were. Best I have ever had. They were cooked perfect: not too much. The mushroom crepe was out of this world, very tasty. The creme brûlée was unmatched, with a perfect crust.
First time we ate there it was great cuisine and Ian is an outstanding chef. The venison sausage was the best I've ever had. The scalps were cooked just right. You can't leave there without trying the desserts the chocolate especially was outstanding.
