Visit Mammoth all year round and always make a reservation to dine at Skadi - your entire experience is well curated & perfectly timed. The menu has Skadi’s expected favorites with a few seasonal add ins & there’s always a seasonal terrine or pate which we share then maybe some smoked deer heart, which is strangely delicious if you haven’t had game before. This place is a MUST when in Mammoth. Reservations are HIGHLY recommended as there are only 6 tables. The ambiance is simple as is the menu. The food is OUTSTANDING! The service is quick and friendly. Best view in the house would be at the bar area. You can sit up close to watch the food being prepared.
