RecommendedExcellent tour! We are from Maine and travel to Bangor fairly often, but it was so cool to see parts we have never seen and learn some of the city’s history. Of course that was secondary to seeing the places and hearing about the people who inspired my favorite author to write my favorite stories. There was also lots of insight about King’s roots and his life and work. Highly recommend!

Great experience, definitely a must try if you’re a Stephen King’s fan! You will want to re-read all the books after this tour. Lots of funny facts and stories about SK’s life and about the origin of certain books. The tour is really awesome and the hosts are really friendly.
What a great time we had with Jamie. We learned so much not just about Stephen King, but Bangor itself.
One of the best parts of my vacation to Maine! Stu was very knowledgeable about all Stephen King’s books and his life! It was so nice to chat about a passion of mine with someone who was equally as passionate about King’s books! When/if I ever return to Maine I would definitely take this tour again! It’s a must for any Stephen King fan!
