Great place! Thank you for everything
If I could give them less stars, I would. Worse people to rent from. And nothing gets fixed, but will still raise rent. And yes I experienced same treatment from the property manager Sherri.
Property manager sherry carriola harassed us before and after we moved out. She and owner, Saverio Minucci will work together to intimidate, bully and harass you as well as manipulate the lease agreement to their benefit.
NEVER RENT A PROPERTY FROM THEM AS LONG AS JANINE FALVO IS THE RENTAL AGENT SHE NOT ONLY HAS NO PEOPLE SKILLS AS SHE TALKS DOWN TO EVERYONE BUT ON TOP OF THIS IF ANYTHING NEEDS FIXING FORGET IT EVEN AFTER REPEATED NAGGING NOTHING GETS FIXED!!!! SHE CONSTANTLY LIES AND TRASHES TENANTS TO OTHER TENANTS. PLUS SHE WILL PROMISE YOU ANYTHING TO RENT THE PROPERTY AND NEVER FOLLOW THROUGH. ONTOP OF ALL THAT SHE MAKES UP RULES ETC. TO SUIT HERSELF WHICH ARE NOT CONSISTENT FROM TENANT TO TENANT.
