I have never had a good experience buying a new or used car on my own in Airdrie or Calgary. In the past I have been met with condescension, rude behavior, pressure tactics, and attempts to upsell or mislead me, followed by frustration when I pushed back. Because of those experiences, I went with my daughter when she needed a better used car. We just purchased my dream car, an 2016 Chev Impala LT. Selena and crew made the sale soo enjoyable and pressure free! Selena does know her cars and was very honest! We took the car to our mechanic and it is in good condition and no codes, very honest sale and priced very reasonably! Will use SJL again!
