They had a good variety of vehicles, but the main issue was that their online listings were not updated. It honestly felt intentional, because almost every vehicle I found on CarGurus seemed to be listed by them as well. I picked around five cars I was interested in, but when I went there the next day, none of them were available anymore. I just walked around for a few minutes and left. We came in to SJL today and found the atmosphere very relaxed with no pressure or cheezy sales tactics. After 2 months of car shopping, Mitch helped us find the best car for our daughter. He was patient and very knowledgeable about the cars. Will definitely be back in the future. Shout out to Anthony and Selena as well for their help during our search today. Great team. Great service
Bad experience unfortunately. I purchased a vehicle from them, by the time I got home the transmission had broken, the sunroof they said that worked was broken and was 10000 dollar repair. The transmission cost me 6000 to repair. The turbo now has gone also. Unbelievable really, worst purchase, when I tried to bring it back they never returned emails, they did at first but then stopped and wouldn't take calls.
