Was seen by one of the doctor's at SJH starting in 07/21 and was prescribed cholesterol and BP medicine. Had blood work 11/21 and all was good. Fast track ahead to 22 and started eating healthy and more exercise. I decided to try stopping my medication 9/22 and watching my BP which was normal. Had labs done 1/23 and cholesterol was normal and cancelled my office visit 1/23. Still my BP was normal.
