I needed several hundred linear feet of pallet racking as well as several soulutions to my material handling problems. I drove to SJF in Winstead MN to see if any of the equipment they had would fit our growing business problems. I met with Eric Moen and explained to him what we needed. Overall fast service handled very well will deal with again
Vance Haugen is a great vendor to work with. Vance has always responded to our questions and orders immediately. He take the time to look at the order and make sure what is ordered is a complete build of a shelving unit. He gives us a call back when he feel we have ordered incorrectly and helps us make the right decisions on the sizes and lengths we need. Connie

very good service & faster quotations
Not that great. We got a quote for some single sided cantilever rack sections and parts. The prices looked okay but when we asked about eliminating the freight by picking up at their Winsted location, we found out they didn't stock what we were looking for. Not in new or used. Freight cost and not having the items in stock killed the deal.
Vance was prompt; he gave us good prices; and we were overall pleased with the service he gave us.
I was in a hurry to get some racking ordered and the SJF website made it easy. Within a few days of my order being submitted, the racking arrived. What really helped me was the Pallet Rack Kits, took out the figuring for me. I especially like the onlne chat feature. I was able to talk to rep right away and get a quick freight quote. They have used stuff too!
