We were seeking used Pallet Racking- none available, so We received a quote on new, but went with a local supplier with lower shipping costs.
My rep was out of the office on the day my order was to deliver & install. The delivery was cutting it pretty close to install team arrival & Kendal stepped up providing updates on the shipment & status of the team.
