Not happy with the experience during vacating the house at the end of tenancy period. We were not given an opportunity to attend some of the repair issues. Rather they decided to get it done at exorbitant prices without sharing the quotes and getting tenant’s approval. They even sent a rental bond encash notification to RBO without consulting the tenant. Very strange and unprofessional approach.
Incredible Property Management team. My favourite time of the year is when Steph calls me to recap the last 12 months, talk a little about the house & also how I am travelling with my personal life. What a great chat everytime. I have to add, every year SJ Shooter go out of their way to put together something nice for the tenants, (completely the choice of the landlord $).
