This place ripped my family off we paid for a transmission to be fixed on our truck and they never fixed it after having the truck for nearly a month and then trying to hold the vehicle hostage they wanted us to pay labor on the job before it was completed they couldn't figure out how to get the broken transmission to work then they wanted us to pay the labor to take it out and exchange it even though we already paid them 3k so we went to another shop to get it done right it took a week and we brought the transmission back S... read more
Daughter had steering issue. Earnhardt Honda wanted to replace entire steering system for $2,200. Friend recommended SJ Autowerkx. Turned out only power steering pump needed replacing - $400. Didn't even charge me the $150 diagnostic because we already paid for that at Earnhardt. Got me in on next business day and finished same day. Finally found mechanic I can trust. Btw, her car drives perfectly again.
My experience was awful! They had my car for over three weeks. When I drive it off the lot, It still had a check engine light on and it was making a terrible noise. I pulled off immediately to AutoZone to do a diagnostic test and they said that it was the timing. And they were supposed to have fixed that issue. Now the owner himself took my car to Kia to get it diagnosed because they weren’t equipped to do so to my vehicle.! so when this happened to me, I immediately took the car back to Kia!
