The worst place I have ever lived. They don’t pick up the trash when they are supposed to and that is something that they charge for. It’s like living in a landfill sometimes. So I now have to call the city to report them. Have called about my room not having proper insulation multiple times and it has never been resolved. The apartment complex was bought out and new management has taken over. I didnt realize how negligent they were until after I renewed my lease (lord help me). My closet broke 5 months ago, FIVE FREAKING MONTHS AGO, and they STILL have not fixed it. The leasing agents and managers make promises they can't keep and I used to recommend this place to everyone but definitely not anymore. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Not worth it.
I’ve lived here for a year and 4 months. I loved it here until they switched management for the property. I got neighbors in below me that filed many noise complaints on me for simply my 3 year old son playing during the day and they gave me a lease violation with out even asking me about the events or warning me. I had to call several times just to get any information on what was happening and was rudely interrupted every time I tried to talk by Daniel. My AC has been broken for the past 5-6 weeks. I’ve put in 3 work order requests and have personally asked the office staff in person or through calls to fix this.i went in today again and they said somebody would be coming in right away. Nobody came. It’s been incredibly frustrating and I cannot wait to move out.
