I toured with Jose on a Saturday and he was awesome. The staff I interacted with was really friendly, and I could tell during the tour that residents really like the management. The property was clean and well kept. Nice pool, gym, and clubhouse. I applied and the process was pretty easy. The turnaround on approval was quick and they communicated with me almost daily. Had such a great experience with the leasing team (Keri and Jose)! From virtual tour, to apartment walkthrough, to executing on the lease, Keri went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible! The amenities are second to none and the building is very convenient to much of Atlanta. My unit was spotless when I moved in. I would highly recommend 60 11th Midtown if you’re looking for an apartment.
UPDATE 6/23/25: I did go speak to the general manager upstairs, named Jason. He proceeded to ask me angrily why I didn't press the button for help to get out for free. I responded and told him my mother had freshly had surgery and my first thought was to get to her and not get out for free. It was clear he did not like my review and that's okay. As of 6/18/25, I would not live here nor recommend anyone to due to the unprofessionalism and lack of customer service this leasing office and concierge has. On 6/13/25, I went to physical therapy which is right down the street and received a validated ticket from them. All validated tickets come from this apartment complex. My validated ticket did not work and I was forced to pay $30 for parking. No I did not know to push the button for assistance, I was in a rush to get out of the parking garage. Please, don’t live in an apartment if you have an untrained dog that CRIES FOR HOURS EVERYDAY. I feel so bad for the dog as well. It cries right in front of the door so it’s extremely loud. The soundproofing of the walls are good but because the barking and crying comes through the door you can clearly hear it. At least crate train them or do training for your dog’s anxiety issues if you are gonna live in an apartment and leave your dog alone for 8+ hours a day and at midnight.
