Our home sold faster than expected so we needed to to your apartments right away. I called a the onsite agent, Ariel, was gracious enough to arrange a last minute tour and stay later to answer our questions. The building is beautiful! The units are huge, tons of storage, and great views. Amenities are lovely and the location puts you within walking distance of everything you need. From the moment we walked into the leasing office and were greeted by José to the moment we moved in everything went amazing. He really understood our needs and showed us one apartment that we ended up choosing. The apartment was spotless when moving in, proof that they have a great cleaning and maintenance team as well. The concierge team is great and helpful with any matter. Overall, my husband and I 100% recommend Sixty11th not only for the obvious (location, amenities) but also for the service and care everyone provides.
Sixty11th’s more than just an apartment building to us, it’s our community and home. We’ve lived here for 2 years now and never want to leave. The people are extremely friendly, there’s never a dull moment in the elevator, and the management is extremely welcoming and warm. They (specifically Jose, Dale, & Marcus) always have the answers to all your questions, are extremely helpful, and go above and beyond for each of their residents. I’ve lived here for many years. I appreciate the responsive staff — building manager, maintenance crew, and concierge. There are hiccups, as with any building; repairs to common areas can be slow. But the pluses are far more numerous… - Nice apartment layouts. Great gym. - Parking included, along with free guest parking. - Package pickup is convenient. - Building is clean, maintenance is timely. - Building has great policies around peace/quiet and no smoking. As a bonus, the location is 100% walkable.
