I went in to get my car looked at due to the codes I saw on my phone (Kia K5 2021) P211800. Before they even open the unit to see if it needs cleaning or wire issues . They were throwing parts at me , they ran the machine , for free, on it which saw the codes. But no troubleshooting happened. They opened the hood , flashed the light on it , looked at me and said it’s no good based on the codes . I was recommended to go here to get my car looked at. When I arrived I explained to his daughter what was wrong. He started scouting at her and saying he wasn’t working on anymore cars. He’s very rude and dismissive told me no he’s not working on my car to many tools go somewhere else.
