Words cannot describe my hate for their place. The HOA is like something from World War 2! The HOA as of 2024 $350 and it gets you NOTHING. You do not own any property outside so you get nothing for your money
Beautiful single family, condominium, townhouse, and free standing homes. Community featuring a 60 Acre Nature Reserve,a one mile walking path, a salt water pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, and a baseball field. The management team is top-notch, and the Condominium Association Board is transparent and receptive to the residents and homeowners. It is a great place to raise a family or to retire!
