Very poor customer service. Never in my life have I been reamed out on the phone by an owner of a business for 5 minutes and told that they are so overwhelmed with business that mine doesn’t matter. Hope that keeps working out for you. More often than not being kind will take you way further than being right. Update: Trying to clear out our storage unit. Paid our late fee of $10 on July 23rd. Came in on July 27th to clear in out. We were still locked out and told we would have to wait 5 days for our check to clear which clea... read more
