So disappointed. Stopped by before the Christmas Parade last Saturday. The place was full. No system in place to track orders (number or names) order completed piecemeal with some customers getting their orders before others. My family and I had ordered 5 hot chocolates. After 20 minutes the order was not finished. 4 of the 5 were put up with one remaining. With the parade starting my family left.
