Very friendly, fast, and hassle-free check-in; very clean car. It’s also one of the few car rental companies that rent cars even on Sundays (with others, you have to rent for the entire weekend). Highly recommended

Absolutely unacceptable customer service from the Lincoln Park SIXT location. I have been renting from SIXT regularly since January and have spent thousands of dollars with this company. I have never had an issue until dealing with Stephanie, the Area Manager. During my rental, Stephanie made unnecessary comments about my personal finances, including questioning why I rent vehicles instead of buying one and commenting on how much I spend on rentals.
