Very disappointed with our Sixt rental car experience. As many other negative Google reviews have described, there’s a pattern where they give you a great deal on the rental car but then proceed to slap you with a questionable damage fee. When I picked up my car, they did not park it in a parking spot that would normally allow me to take full photos and videos of the car. Long wait for cars. I arrived at appointed time, was told wait 25 min for car, still waiting after an hour. Same for everyone else here, about six other groups waiting.
