We will rent from SIXT again
I booked a rental car with Sixt online a week ago and my credit card was already charged. Today when I went to pick up the car, everything seemed fine at first, but suddenly the front desk told me my account was blocked. I called customer service, gave them all my information, but they refused to explain the reason and only kept saying my account is blocked. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service. this happened in the Naperville Marriott hotel
Excellent customer service, vehicle was clean and no issues.
