Terrible Experience!!!! We rented a car and they said its unavailable and gave us another car that seem smaller. Which the car was already paid for in full almost 55 per day. So now we have to upgrade which the car was just a little bit bigger for 66 per day. So instead of charging the difference of the 55 dollars a day, they charged me another 66 dollars per day. Do not fall for the “hassle free” booking process! They take your money then require more when you get there! They do not disclose the extra fees and hassle-heavy requirements prior to stepping into their establishment! They are operating abusively! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
Unfortunately this was not a pleasant experience. We had pre-payed for the car and brought passports and drivers licenses (out of state). Upon arrival we were met with "there is no way I am giving you a car today". After some back and forth the woman in the counter said we had to bring a physical credit card to pick up the car (Apple Pay was not ok). Luckily for there is a Hertz car rental just down the street with great customer service, low prices and wonderful employees!
Bad customer service and provided a vehicle that reeked of cannabis smoke.
Kiwanne was absolutely wonderful! Helped me with my bags and then easily made an adjustment when the first vehicle had a rather unpleasant odor to it. The change to my new vehicle only took about five minutes. Thanks Kiwanne!!
