KIWANNE was professional and knowledgeable. Great customer service. Keep up the attitude and you’ll go far. Before us, he was helping a needy lady. I was observing on the side. He addressed all the unnecessary questions of the lady. He acknowledged us while waiting. While he was attending to us, a guy came in and accidentally dropped his coffee on the floor. He told the guy not to worry as he would take care of it. The car we reserved wasn’t ready and he gave us better options.
Shout out to Tasha at the south loop Chicago location for her friendliness and being super helpful. The pick up and drop off are very easy.
Booked a last minute car, Charles was great and very friendly. Highly recommend for rentals of clean car and fair prices.
