I’ve been standing in the check-in line for 30 minutes now, and it hasn’t moved at all. There’s only one agent working, and he’s been stuck with the same customer the entire time. The online check-in doesn’t work either, which is probably why the in-person line is so long.
The agent last night was working alone and took 15 minutes to fulfill each customers contact and rental procedure. I was frustrated and just wanted to get home (one way rental). When it was my turn he said he couldn't accept my ID because there was a strip of tape alongside the edge. I told him this is so I can pull it out of my wallet easier, lots of people do it. I had an amazing experience renting my vehicle from this company. I booked a previous car at a different airport and couldn’t get there. Fast and efficient customer service. The person who helped me get into something I not only wanted but needed was Leslie. I had never driven in snow before and she helped me get an AWD vehicle. Thank you so much for making my mistake an easy fix.
Horrible service! Never had an issue always praised this company until I convinced my wife to use them and now she calls me in tears because of them and how they are treating her! Never had an issue with doing prepay and using a different card for the deposit until now! Horrible won’t be using them again.
My husband, two-years old daughter and I had an awful experience returning our rental car. It was about 10pm on November 24, 2025 when we were accused of damaging the bumper. We had a big discussion and called the manager because we won't accept wrong claims. During our rental, we did not have any incident. We returned the car as it was given to us.
