a terrible experience at SixT at Chicago airport. First time booked with them. The customer experience was extremely bad. They didn’t communicate what was going on, super slow with taking action and the manager was even worse. never going back to this brand.
This was my first time renting with SIXT, and now it will be the last. I booked at ORD Airport, Chicago (20–24 Aug) because it was one of the cheaper deals. While the rental was fine, the company is shamelessly trying to charge me for FAKE DAMAGE on the windshield—“a stone chip with a crack” that did not occur while the car was in my possession. The representative inspected the car in my presence but mentioned no damage and said, “Sign this and you are good to go.” The photos they later sent show some dirt, no cracks, and a ... read more
