I had quite the experience renting from Sixt. When I called customer service they were just horrible. I spent hours on the phone. If I could give the over the phone customer team no stars I would. I ended up returning the rental early & the Sixt Ohare car rental team was curious as to why. After i told them the story they were simply amazing. They rectified the situation rather quickly.
