I was in the shop yesterday getting my wife’s bike repaired and placing a new order for my 15 year old son. The owner took the time to sit down and explain every part of the build to my son. This made him feel important and taught him a lesson about making sure of what you are buying. While we were there, a deaf gentleman came in the shop.
