Angel and Emmett were great and knowledgeable. Bought two bikes to upgrade my wife's and I mountain bikes. They talked to us for about an hour on two different occasions going over all the models and differences in each. Ended up buying one on the floor and ordering another. The one we ordered was shipped, assembled and ready for pick up in less than a week. Great shop and people.
Starting a new hobby can be intimidating. All of these guys have treated me, my wife, and my friends with the utmost respect and patience (and believe me - I've asked some dumb questions...). The other local shops are nice enough, but Sixes has always been personable and their product knowledge is superior. Sixes Pit is clearly a well-oiled machine that is taken care of. And they're next to a doughnut shop.
I have visited this shop twice now for repairs. They are quick and reasonably priced. When we are ready for new bike, this will be my first stop!
The only place I feel 'at home' as a customer. These are the kind of dudes you want working on your bike, selling you a bike, etc. If you want a 'getting into it bike' they'll happily find the best bike below your budget, all the way to "I'm a beast and need a hog to ride, point me to the big dogs". I love these guys. Edit: the wheels built here by Buli have out survived my DH frame, which I broke today. If you can believe that, wheels stronger over the years than the frame. Sixes Pit is the best.
Can't say enough about the customer service. Really pleased at the time taken to answer my questions about choosing a new bike. I highly recommend them.
