My experience with SixesHOA Management has been consistently frustrating and disappointing. They are extremely unresponsive—calls go unanswered, and voicemails are rarely, if ever, returned. When I submitted a payment, they incorrectly applied it to the wrong account and then had the audacity to charge me a late fee. Our rep, Janae Swanson is very responsive to not only the board but also the community correspondence. She provides valuable insight and guidance for all board meetings and is always prepared for community meetings. She and her team and well organized with documents/budgets/financials. There’s a reason they have an F rating at the BBB. As a member of an HOA they work for, I sold a property recently and overpaid my HOA dues at the closing, which went to Sixes as they perform all payables and receivables for the HOA. It took almost 7 weeks and a trail of calls, texts and emails to both the HOA and Sixes to get anyone at Sixes to even acknowledge they owed me my overpayment.
