I had my daughter’s ears pierced at Six16 and purchased what were described as “high-quality” earrings. After about two months, one earring fell off. The store did not offer any warranty or replacement, so I purchased another (which was expensive) at the shop and paid to have it installed. Two weeks later, that one fell off as well, again with no compensation or warranty support. Overall, nice jewelry options, poor customer experience and over priced services. Front desk clerks are both very unwelcoming and gave me flashbacks to the mean girls in high school. I will go elsewhere next time…unimpressive overall.
Wouldn’t go here again for piercings and jewelry. Got a botched nose piercing that wasn’t looked at the first time I came in after the fact (front desk told me what to do despite making an appointment, lindsay gave her directions via text to front desk that was relayed to me…also pretty much all things i knew considering i already had an existing nose piercing that healed well and multiple other piercings). I had my 4th and 5th sets of earlobe piercings inexplicably botched by Lindsay on 2 separate occasions (my mistake going back after the first time assuming Lindsay could fix it, but she only made it worse) and I needed to go to Hot Rod to ultimately redo all 4. She kept making weird excuses for how uneven and inconsistently spaced the new piercings were, like it was somehow my ears’ fault, but all four new piercings were so messed up the only option I had was to take them all out and heal over so Hot Rod could redo them.
