I am disappointed with the lack of professionalism I have experienced at this clinic. I contacted the clinic several weeks in advance to schedule an appointment. However, on the day of the appointment, I was informed that no booking had been made, despite my prior confirmation. This resulted in a three-week delay and considerable inconvenience. I meant to leave this review a little while ago but I'm rather absent minded, so better late than never. First off, I've been seeing the crew at 608 Health since they were at their previous location, under their previous company name. And I'll tell you all, the service level had never changed and the staff have always been incredible. Fast forward to present day.
