It is truly a wonderful experience, such a welcoming group and so much healing so quickly if you're willing to put in the work. If traditional therapy isn't working for you- I HIGHLY recommend contacting six points. The community you build is immense and intimate and you always gain something from each story you have the gift of watching. I felt very isolated and alone before coming to six points- these days I feel quite confident in myself. Thank you, six points :)
Ok so straight up I had no idea what Gestalt was until Aspen & Katrina cracked me open like an egg and I realized this form of counseling is just. Shockingly healing for the soul.
