I'm not even sure where to start. Came down to watch our daughter play college ball at the Rock Chalk Complex and decided to check out the Six Mile Chophouse. Very nice atmosphere and the service was excellent! The food was so amazing that we went back there the next day for lunch. My husband had the same thing, sliders because they were so delicious! Very nice place to eat,steak was very tender and cooked to order. Will definitely try it again,birthday boy got free chocolate cake very rich and yummylious.
Best service, atmosphere and food I have experienced in Lawrence so far. Feel in love with the Creme Brûlée! (Oh boy!) And our waiter, HUNTER, was awesome! Hope he sees this. Thanks for a great dinning experience.

I absolutely LOVE this place. It has everything I need depending upon my mood. When I feel casual, I go to the tavern, have bar food and drinks and hang out with my friends in my jeans and t shirt. When I feel stealth like James Bond, I dress up and hang out at the bar at the Chophouse and order martinis and eat appetizers. Our server, karyn, was one of the best I habe ever had. The food was amazing, the outside dinning was spectacular. We just happened upon the place, and decided on a whim to give it a try, and I am so glad we did. Absolutely one of the best dining experiences of my life.
