The owner Roxanne is rude & refuses to accept responsibility for her salon ruining my hair. They are misleading people with their website listing their over 1000 5 star reviews. After further investigation I realized I too had been a victim of these reviews. I found SEVERAL unpleasant reviews on other sites that were very close to the experience I had there. Do your due diligence & make sure you read all the reviews not just the ones they want you to see.
