Maybe I've just gone on cappy days but the days I have. The employees at the windows are always more interested on their personal conversation. No interaction with us at all. I ordered two drinks and got the wrong sizes when I told the young lady all she said was sorry and went back to her conversation, not to mention it took about 15 Mins for 2 drinks. At this point I'll just stick to mom and pop donut shops for smoothies/coffee and Dutch Bros when I visit up north. Sorry to say I won't be a returning customer.
The best coffee I have ever had. Love the smiles and friendly service. Where else can you get Mint Chip Frappuccino at 5 am :D
