Tried to set up an appraisal for our home and the representative, Kenny, declined our business stating they are just too busy and overwhelmed. I felt like he could have been more helpful and possibly recommended someone else that could help me. Do not recommend their services.
Wayne Six and staff have done an appraisal on a condo I was selling and on my personal residence. Their report is thorough and well documented including measurements and interior as well as exterior photographs. They take all upgrades and makeovers into account along with comps, etc. Their price is very reasonable and they schedule within days of initial call and turn report around in one to two days.
