Siva property Managment was the managers for my apartment in San Jose downtown Japan town 584 north 2nd st . Siva property Managment kicked me and my family out with a three day notice and no warning ! I was served with a letter from a lawyer just because I had a storage in front of my apartment they retaliate against me by serving me with a three day notice and evict me after Christmas with no warning at all . Went to the newly built out California Eye Surgeon it is beautiful loved the colors etc. Only thing was missing for me was a handrail for the handicap walkway. The exterior landscaping is neat and well maintained.
