We made an appointment with this clinic right after our child was born. But the doctor said she had injured her own hand, so we didn't see the pediatrician for the first time until the child was 3 months old. Now we haven't seen his pediatrician for 6 months. They canceled my appointment twice, each time by messaging me the day before. The first time the front desk said his doctor was on vacation, so they rescheduled my appointment for 2 months. Front office staff are rude and condescending with their comments. June 6,2025 10am I brought my son's two baby boys aged 2 and 3 to their appointment and was asked to fill out paperwork. I didn't bring my glasses and couldn't read the tiny print on the page. I told them their mom would have to fill it out later and the other female employee at the adjoining desk made a snarky comment about just cancelling the appointment. I don't remember it being this way when my daughter was a patient here just two years ago.

Very happy here with Dr. Yockey (and Dr. Berg). She's friendly and up to date with current medical guidelines, and clearly cares about her patients. She helped us when our middle child was speech delayed with getting speech therapy started quickly. Several times she and her office have squeezed us in for sick visits, once late on a Friday. Yes, I think they're understaffed at their central office that does scheduling, so hold times are frustratingly long, but anytime I've interacted with the actual staff at the Decatur locat... read more
