When touring the cottages last week, very nice!! We were excited-Super small tucked away/cozy neighborhood. Well , the sales agent (Freddi) called this neighborhood a “cottage regime” . Didn’t sit well with us at all. Who wants to come home to a regime . I’m not sure if she said this to scare us away on purpose? She didn’t offer us a booklet, floorplans, nor to tour a home already ready. Nothing really. Very disappointing. We had possibly the worst experience building our home with sitterle. The worst part about this experience is that they make you believe they are something they aren’t then one you put down your deposit and are locked in they completely go back on everything they’ve ever said. we have lost count on how many lies they have told us. its almost been two years and we are still finding out lies they told us that they told our neighbors complete opposite things. The houses are fine. It's based on what we were looking for, the houses seemed a little small to our liking.
